Ces instruments sont faits pour circuler. Tu peux les utiliser en atelier, les modifier, les traduire, les diffuser — gratuitement. Une seule contrepartie : citer leur auteur. Deux licences cohabitent, parce qu'un instrument web est à la fois du logiciel et du contenu.

Le code — licence MIT

tout le HTML, le JavaScript, l'architecture audio
  • Utiliser, copier, modifier, fusionner, publier, distribuer — même dans un projet commercial.
  • Seule obligation : conserver la mention de copyright et la licence dans les copies.
  • Fourni « tel quel », sans garantie.

Les textes & les fiches — Creative Commons BY 4.0

la démarche, les fiches d'atelier, la méthode de médiation, les descriptions
  • Partager — copier et redistribuer sur tout support.
  • Adapter — remixer, transformer, bâtir dessus, pour tout usage, même commercial.
  • Attribution — citer l'auteur, indiquer si des modifications ont été faites, sans laisser entendre qu'il te soutient.

Ce qui n'est pas couvert

Trois choses gardent tous leurs droits réservés, car elles ne m'appartiennent pas ou relèvent de mon identité : les polices (Charter, Bricolage Grotesque, Instrument Serif), qui ont leurs propres licences ; le logo AGAV et les favicons ; et ma photographie. Réutilise le code et les textes, pas ces éléments-là.

These instruments are made to circulate. You can use them in workshops, modify them, translate them, share them — for free. One condition only: credit the author. Two licenses sit side by side, because a web instrument is both software and content.

Three things keep all rights reserved, because they aren't mine to license or belong to my identity: the fonts (Charter, Bricolage Grotesque, Instrument Serif), which have their own licenses; the AGAV logo and favicons; and my photograph. Reuse the code and the texts, not those.
